"At Lenze, we have a strong focus on the future. For us as a company, future viability means getting a little better every day and seeing continuous change as an opportunity. This is not only about processes, digitalization, and progress but also about our employees, whom we support and challenge. Therefore, we are proud of these two awards," says Oliver Hansper, Head of HR.

Employer awards are often used as indicators in the decision-making process. "We are therefore particularly pleased that the training at Lenze has received an award from the daily newspaper DIE WELT," says Thomas Czekanowski, Head of Education and Training at Lenze in Groß Berkel.
Both surveys consist of several online surveys held one after the other. Participants had to indicate which companies they were familiar with and rate them accordingly. The rating scale ranged from (1) "excellent" to (5) "poor".
